What happens after you send a request

Tips for useful photos
- Take a wide photo of each area that needs work, such as the front lawn, back lawn and nature strip
- Add a closer photo of anything unusual, like an overgrown hedge or a garden bed full of weeds
- Photos taken on your phone in normal daylight are fine
- You can add up to 8 photos, and they are resized automatically before they upload
