How scheduled maintenance works
Send the property address, suburb, the services needed and a few photos through the quote form. Once the quote is agreed, visits are set weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly or monthly, depending on the property and how presentable it needs to stay.
Each visit can include lawn mowing, nature strips, edging and whipper snipping, hedge trimming, weeding and leaf clean-up. Green-waste removal and disposal may carry an additional charge depending on the amount of waste.
For vacant properties and properties between tenants, a one-off clean-up brings an overgrown yard back under control first, and regular maintenance can follow. Before-and-after photos can be supplied when required, which helps when a landlord, owner or committee is not on site.
